Nylon shaft sleeve and lining are mainly used as parts of wear-resistance, transmission or sealing for machine equipment, which have the following advantages.
1、Possessing wear and tear reduction and excellent self-lubrication performance, it can work effectively with little or no oil, generally 2-8 times as wear-resistance as copper and babbitt alloy.

4、With good chemical stability and loose lubricant requirements, it can operate with oil or grease.
5、It can improve the mechanical efficiency, prolong the service life of the equipment by 2-8 times and reduce the cost. The time of maintenance and lubrication of the equipment is widely prolonged, which reduces downtime loss.
6、Light weight: it is 8 times lighter than bronze. One kilo of nylon can replace 8 kilos of bronze to serve the purpose, thus reducing the intensity and material cost.
7、Less cutting and lower processing cost. Due to its large elasticity, plasticity and the allowable fluctuation range of interference fit and tolerance clearance, its tolerance requirements need not be as high as that of metal. Its inner and outer diameters processed according to grade 5-6 precision will meet the production requirement.
8、It will save a lot of copper and alloy materials, such as: a ton of MC nylon can replace 10.2 tons of copper or 9.8 tons of pig iron or 12.2 tons of bronze, or 7.5 tons of brass.
