On December 2nd, a seven-member audit team headed by team leader Ma Guangyu from China CRAA Quality Certification Center Co., LTD. (CRAA Certification Center) conducted the first evidence taking audit on the refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and system service. Cai Wei, deputy general manager of Yatai Group, and the heads from relevant departments participated in the audit work.
During the audit, the audit team conducted a comprehensive and rigorous review of the company's refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and system service from 11 aspects such as service concept, rules and regulations and service results through on-site communication, accessing document records, and on-site inspection.
After a day of intense work, the audit team finally concluded that Yatai Group met the requirements of six-star service for centralized refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment, six-star service for purification air-conditioning equipment, and six-star service for domestic (commercial) refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment.
Refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and systems service certification is for the installation, maintenance, cleaning (air and water systems), operation maintenance, energy efficiency retrofit and energy management of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and systems carried out by CRAA certification center. Yatai Group is one of the first enterprises in the industry to carry out this certification, and only more than 10 enterprises in the country have obtained this certification.
